• I do not create characters, including humans, animals, or statues.
• I use PayPal as the payment method.
• Typically, I complete one background in 2 to 6 days.
• When commissioning me, please provide references or clearly explain your background. You can send a background image from Google as a reference.
• Once I finish your background, please do not cancel the commission.
• Ensure you have the funds available when commissioning me. It is not my responsibility if you face financial issues after I've completed your background. Time is money for me.
• I reserve the right to cancel your order if payment has not been made from the start. The only exceptions are if I am sick or if my computer cannot handle a heavy scene.
• Do not resell my backgrounds on any marketplace or as stock video.
• If you want to give away my background for free, you need to ask for my permission first.
• For streamers: I am not responsible if your video gets taken down due to specific electronic items, as requested by you (e.g., Wacom tablet, PlayStation console). It is your responsibility since you requested it.
• I am not responsible if your video gets taken down or you get sued because you requested specific items/designs from a brand/company/people (e.g., chair, pen tablet, gaming console, interior room design) or famous buildings (e.g., Empire State Building). Since it's your request, you are responsible.
• Do not use my backgrounds to violate applicable laws or good morals.
• Do not use my work for pornographic content.
• I am not responsible for how you use the background. You are responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and good morals.

Some of my work here uses Creative Commons Zero textures from websites such as AmbientCG (https://ambientcg.com/) and ShareTextures (https://www.sharetextures.com/). I typically create 3D backgrounds by rendering them as images and then enhancing them using Photoshop.Within my portfolio, some of the 3D models I incorporate carry a Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license, obtained from platforms like Blendswap (https://blendswap.com/), Blenderkit, while others are crafted from scratch. This approach allows me to optimize time by utilizing free (CC0 assets) or paid assets when available, rather than creating each element from the ground up.
